Where do the nice looking "Mat" style boards come from?

I’ve bought several starter sets now and they all have warped, crappy “won’t lay flat” cardboard game goards.
Where do the mat boards pictured on the back of the box come from? Because they sure don’t appear to come from inside the box.

The vinyl mats were previously only available if you won a tournament or some such, I think. A bunch of us on the yahoo group for the game were fortunate enough to have Bandai mail us a bunch of their leftover swag just to get rid of it and a lot of us ended up with one of these mats. You might wanna consider joining the Yahoo group just to see if anyone’s got an extra or is willing to part with theirs… or ask here, even. :)

If anyone has a spare vinyl mat, let me know!

Over on BGG is a high-res picture of one of the boards. if you know anyone with an A2 printer, then you can make your own. Not ideal, but at leat it will lie flat!

Hmmm, I know it’s a long shot… But if another person also has a spare mat I would love one as well. (I live in Sweden but would be more than happy to pay the postage :)

I’m working on possibly doing up a canvas play mat based on the image of the vinyl mat I downloaded from BGG. Anyone know the exact dimensions of the Vinyl mat?
